OBJECTIVE
To create awareness and buzz around the launch of Star Sports Pro Kabaddi League, Season 2.

EVENT
In order to kickstart the launch of Pro Kabaddi League, 2015 we created ‘The Star sports Pro Kabaddi Le Panga Zone’. It is a travelling experiential platform that is moving across 4 of the 8 participating cities of the league. The Zone is large hemispherical dome structure that houses a host of interactive activities that excite the audience, engage and inform them and ultimately promote the league.

The exciting two-day long event was organized at Mumbai’s Infinity

2 Mall from 18th to 19th of July, 2015. The interesting and intriguing look of the dome structure generated a lot of curiosity amongst consumers and attracted immense attention from the visitors. Over 16,000 people directly interacted through virtual gaming and augmented reality amongst other interesting platforms. The Google Card Board one of the latest in 3D viewing experiences was part of the list of activities where a customized Pro Kabaddi viewing application was created. Lucky winners also took home their very own Google cardboards. Visitors were also treated to a spectacular Pro Kabaddi B-boying flash mob display. It gathered a lot of applause and appreciation from the well-entertained audience.

OUTCOME
The event was extremely successful in achieving the aforementioned objective of creating a buzz around the launch of Pro Kabaddi League. The ‘Pro Kabaddi Le Panga’ Zone was the eye-catching attracted at the mall. It garnered a lot of publicity as well as participation from the visitors. The positive response made this BTL campaign a grand success.
